This version of a cheesecake is light and airy, with the same lemony sweet flavor as a classic cheesecake. Between the yogurt and the egg it has at least 23g of protein, and about 40g carbs from the yogurt, honey, and cracker.
This pie only had 5 ingredients, and to make things even easier, the filling is made right in a blender so you can just puree and pour! A full-size pie or individual-sized ramekins both work well for this recipe, the latter can be made crustless as an easy custard....
With a mandolin slicer and a little extra time, this pie comes together much easier than you'd expect, and is delicate and delicious. You can also make single-serving rosettes by using ramekin dishes to make a smaller version! Especially good with tea or coffee.
