- 1/2 tsp dried onions
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 oz plain greek yogurt (whole or low fat)

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together, stirring with a fork until thoroughly mixed. Add more onion/garlic as desired if necessary; as dip sits the flavors will continue to get stronger as the spices bloom. Enjoy with veggies or whole grain pita as a snack, or use as a spread for sandwiches or pasta salad.
