Ingredients
  • 1/2tsp dried onions
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp dried chives
  • 1tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2tsp dried dill
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 6oz plain greek yogurt(whole or low fat)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together, stirring with a fork until thoroughly mixed. Add more onion/garlic as desired if necessary; as dip sits the flavors will continue to get stronger as the spices bloom. Enjoy with veggies or whole grain pita as a snack, or use as a spread for sandwiches or pasta salad.
