Secret ingredient cherry almond smoothie bowl
This one is perfect as a recovery smoothie after exercise (it has the right ratio of protein and carbs, plus a healing boost from tart cherries), or just for breakfast! The secret ingredient is steamed cauliflower - plain cauliflower has very little taste, but makes a lovely creamy texture when pureed, so the cherries impart the flavor and color but you get a serving of cruciferous veggies with this one!
