Learn more about Option 1

During the 8 weeks, I give you a variety of ways to improve your knowledge about nutrition and practical ways of applying this knowledge. Knowing the ‘why’ is a very important step to changing the way you approach food and is key to changing ingrained habits that aren’t helping you.  This is what you should have learned in school about nutrition – but didn’t!

In the first couple of weeks we approach goal-setting and accountability to yourself, your health, and your everyday habits. We set up eating plans that are made to last because they are flexible and based around your go-to’s as well as lots of new ideas to change up how you approach the ‘what’s for dinner?’ question. We’ll assess what nutrients you need to focus on based on the results of your Spectracell test results, and correct levels that are too low with food or supplements.

After we’ve nailed the basics, we go into more depth about health and nutrition and how it applies to your everyday life. Check-ins make it easy to ask questions, keep you accountable and because they’re with a registered dietitian, you’ve got access to a professionally trained nutritionist and all the benefits that come with that extensive knowledge and network.

With an easy-to-follow comprehensive guide book and accompanying workbook, everything that you learn is all there ready to refer back to, even when you’re finished the course.

FAQs

Is this a diet?

This is YOUR diet – your food patterns & systems that fit into your life, support you, and feel great.  It’s not the same for any two people! And it’s not about restrictions or deprivation…it’s about what you do and eat, most of the time.  Dieting only works while you’re doing it – I want to give you a framework to use forever.

What if I want to add on a test?

You can!  If you buy either Option 1 or 2, you can add the Nutrigenomix, Spectracell, or LEAP MRT test on at cost – they range from $300-350. Just ask!

What if I don’t live in your area?

The best package for you if you don’t live in the greater Washington, DC area is Option 1 – we’ll do all sessions virtually, by phone or skype.

How much is a consultation with you usually?

You can see my other packages here; with this program I wanted to create a way to pack as much into a concentrated time, for the highest value for you.  It’s more intensive, which is why I only offer this program twice a year to a limited number of people!

Will I be able to contact you during or after the course?

Of course.  We can discuss what the best way to do that will be to fit your budget, life, and goals!

I’m still not sure, this is a lot of money!

It is!  But how much are you spending on food now, and how badly do you want to make permanent changes?  When you invest in something high dollar, the return on investment is often higher because you give it more energy and attention accordingly.  If you’re on the fence, schedule a free 30 minute call with me to talk about where you are, and where you want to go…we’ll decide if this is the right fit for you.  If the bulk of money up front is an issue, we can work out a payment plan so it fits into your income cycle!
