Apple cider vinaigrette
This easy dressing goes well with most raw salads, and is also lovely over roasted roots

Ingredients
  • 1/4cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tsp dijon mustard
  • 1small clove garlic
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1tsp horseradish(optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Store lidded in the fridge for up to a week.
